Presenting Complaints:
A 30-year-old male patient presented with progressive weakness, difficulty walking, and an inability to rise unassisted from a seated position. The symptoms were insidious in onset and progressively worsened over time, significantly impacting his daily activities.
Medical History and Previous Management:
The patient sought medical consultation at multiple tertiary care centers, where he was diagnosed with Immune-Mediated Ataxic Polyneuropathy, a variant of Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS). Despite undergoing evaluations by neurologists at leading hospitals, he was informed that no definitive treatment was available to restore his mobility. Conventional management options provided little to no improvement, leading to significant functional disability.

Following a recommendation, the patient sought Ayurvedic treatment at Indian Ayurvedic Hospital, Coimbatore. Although he had no prior experience with Ayurveda, he commenced treatment based on the hospital's prescribed therapeutic protocol.
